Cornwall House is located on Blythe Valley Park and the refurbishment to refresh the void space and reception area gave an opportunity to reposition the building and create a new office brand for the park that is related to the BVP identity yet is different, fresh and stands out from the competition.
We created an energetic identity and recognisable colour palette that makes a statement and really sets Cornwall House apart from the typical commercial property branding style. The campaign concept was based on ‘It’s all here’ and influenced the whole narrative. The was all then rolled out in unique ways across other buildings throughout Blythe Valley.

To attract more innovative sectors like R&D, research, tech and innovative businesses to the park, the brand needed to be more design led and contemporary; moving away from the traditional office space brochure aesthetic.
From starting the creative process with Cornwall House, this new office brand was then crafted to suit the One Central Boulevard and Rhodium buildings, and completed with new brochure designs and web pages.
As this refreshed look and feel suited Blythe Valley Park so well, we were then tasked to roll-out a new brochure for the park overall, alongside a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and new availability landing page.
